We bought a little car for our son who is learning to drive from here in December 2025. Great customer service and very happy with the car. They did a few little jobs on it before we picked it up and the aftersales care has been excellent. The rear parking sensors weren't working and so we took it to our local garage for investigation. A quick fix under the platinum warranty and a no quible agreement to cover the small cost to repair. Would definitely recommend this garage.

I cannot recommend enough, they're brilliant. I purchased a car in September and unfortunately it kept appearing with the engine light on (no fault of the company it didn't come on straight away and wasn't on when I purchased it). They have done everything to fix it and have performed major maintenance on the engine and have got it working brilliantly with no extra cost to myself. Amy was lovely and polite and sorted everything out and her manager was also golden. Brilliant staff. Lovely cars and are extremely helpful and want to sort any problem to make their customers happy. Great experience. I bought a second hand Kia which I'm very pleased with. The whole buying process with Aarron and the team was straightforward and stress free. There was a minor issue with a window switch which they quickly attended to. They were excellent to deal with and replied quickly to any queries. Today I bought a lovely Volvo V70 estate. I travelled 100 miles to specifically to look at this car. Dealt with Aaron who made the whole process effortless and very enjoyable. Not pushy at all, very relaxed, fair, got a good p/x on my car which put a cherry on it! I was allowed to test drive it. Whole process took maybe 2 hours. I enquired about the advertised car by phoning the garage. Phil gave me the details and I asked him if it had had a cam belt change. Phil said that there was no paperwork to suggest that it had. So he said that he would get it sorted at no extra, plus a service and MOT. When I went to look at the car Aaron was extremely helpful and I had a test drive. Although the car is a 2009 Focus, it drove like a new car. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this garage and I would have no qualms about buying them from them again.

Aarron was great and even though we ended up returning the original car, we were able to swap it for one more suitable. They helped us greatly with the finance and taxing the vehicle and although they can only reserve the car for 48 hours, they went above and beyond to reserve the car for 5 days until we were able to view it and they were very polite and helpful. All of the staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle I bought was a good price, low mileage, well looked after and was in near perfect condition. It had developed an extremely common fault which could of only have found out about by driving the car daily and when I got in contact with them about the fault, they had the car back within days and fixed on the same day. I cannot recommend this company enough, they were a pleasure to visit, really helpful and have a great selection of vehicles for purchase, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I brought a car from Linchfield Street motor company on line when I went to collect the car it was as described I was given plenty of time to look round the car. I cannot fault them I had the longest test drive ever all the way back to Hertfordshire so if anything was going to wrong then that would of been it. I have now had the car for 3 months and I love it. I would definitely buy a car from here again and in fact it was worth the train journey and will be looking for my son when he passes his test.
